About Us
Our Carnivore journey started with humble beginnings on a self-made traditional offset smoker in the backyard in 2014, then shortly after a reverse flow offset.
Over the years, our team has been immersed in the BBQ world; building offset smokers on a commercial scale, working with Brisbane BBQ Festival, and cooking damn good BBQ.
Carnivore Kitchen Smokehouse & Grill was born out of a passion for cooking and to provide quality authentic BBQ.
